Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the role

Responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Process outgoing shipments according to company policies and customer requirements.
• Handle inventory management tasks including stock counts and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management principles.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

• $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
