Warehouse Shift Lead

What You’ll Do

• Oversight of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and material handling
• Leading and supervising a team of (6 forklift drivers, 3 inventory specialists, 2 clerks)
• Managing high-volume logistics, coordinating
• Verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments against Bills of Lading for accuracy
• Ensuring correct materials, quantities, and documentation before release or storage
• Operating forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Training team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and equipment use
• Maintaining organized inventory and performing regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Cooking with logistics and management teams to meet deadlines and shipment schedules
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in shipments or inventory records

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Experience leading maintenance teams in 24/7 operations
