Duties/Responsibilities
- Determine earnings based on performance
- Complete orders safely and efficiently
- Use state-of-the-art technology to track orders
- Pull, place, wrap, and prepare orders for delivery
- Work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- Perform various physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and stretching
- Operate pallet trucks or forklifts safely
- Obtain necessary certifications
- Follow instructions and perform job duties efficiently, accurately, and safely
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 67 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive work for long periods
- Knowledge of reading, writing, and identifying numbers
- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- Pass a Physical Agility Test before starting the position
