In the Warehouse Associate (Selector) position in Boston, you’ll be a key player in the warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
- Load
