Warehouse Security Supervisor

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Officer‑Supervisor for GardaWorld Security Services, you will monitor security systems, spot threats before they escalate, and work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is based in North East, MD.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Valid Maryland security license
• Ability to report to work in inclement weather
• Willingness to hold over when needed
• Reside within a 30‑40 minute radius of the worksite
• Flexibility to work varied shifts

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Prior security or logistics experience
• Prior supervisor experience

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.80/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

4:00 pm – 12:00 am, Tuesday‑Saturday, 40 hours per week
