Responsibilities

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris
• Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasize the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

Requirements

• Sanitation associate
• Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasize the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)

$750-$850/weekly

Set at time of hire 3:00 AM-Finish 9:00 AM-Finish 2:30 PM-Finish
