Warehouse Returns Lead

About the role

A Day in the Life As a Returns Lead, you will play an important part in leading the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle. What does success look like in this role? Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of returns employees
• Lead and delegate a variety of returns tasks while working within SLA and vendor compliance
• Collaborate with the Returns Supervisor by planning labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client Services team
• Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements
• Input returns information into the system
• Client communication via email and reporting
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
• Experience in leading receiving personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Must have 12+ months of prior warehouse experience with returns (quality control or warranty claims); experience as a Lead is a plus
