Job Description

Review of Business Group Ops engineering team, focusing on REI’s Retrofits for conveyors. The goal is to manage vendors and complete project milestones by the end of the year.

Purpose of the Team and Key Projects

• Retrofitting 12 different sites with new ADPA

Why is the position open?

• 12 sites need to be executed by the end of the year
• Only 3 people currently support these tasks

Task Breakdown and Workflow

• Travel to sites as close to home base as possible
• Assign responsibilities to vendor onsite during deployment phase
• Check on milestone completion, quality of work, and repeat daily
• Partner with other stakeholders (RME, operations, etc.) to ensure all are aligned

Must Have Hard Skills

• Program management skills
• Technical skills in engineering
• Networking knowledge/testing experience

Nice to Have Hard Skills

• Engineering experience (electrical/mechanical aspect)
• Experience with retrofits or live operational sites

Years of Experience

• At least 6+ years of experience

Project/Program Experience

Strong communication skills
Reviewing engineering documents
Managing temporary systems

Education/Certification Requirements

• May require a bachelor's degree

Work Schedule

• Regular full-time standard hours (9am-5pm)
• Occasional evening work (6-9pm)
• Flexibility on work schedule (some nights, weekends, holidays)
• Up to 8 hours per week of overtime
