About the Role
A Warehouse Representative I assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and ship inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
- Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
- Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
- Pull customer orders correctly for on-time delivery.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers.
- Ensure overall facility cleanliness.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job).
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
- Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking.
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes.
- Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- You enjoy a variety of job duties and responsibilities and can effectively multi-task.
- You’re a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in agriculture (preferred).
- Valid commercial driver’s license (preferred), or willing to obtain one.

Pay
The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour. Wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
