Pay
- Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $31.50 per hour
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm or 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Frequent overtime assigned on Saturdays with short notice

Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer, and/or other suppliers as needed
- Updates area or shift metrics using the location’s WMS system
- Generates daily, weekly, or monthly reports, memos, and summaries, often of a technical and/or confidential nature
- Performs floor work and additional duties as assigned
- Handles basic administrative tasks for area or shift, including maintaining filing systems and documents
- Gathers and provides information to floor employees in the supported area
- Coordinates activities, meetings, and communication for the specific area or shift
- Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or location-specific needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year or more of clerical or warehouse experience preferred
- One (1) year or more of experience operating forklift equipment preferred
- One (1) year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
