Warehouse Quality Associate

About the role

Responsible for the inspection and proper handling of customer-ordered warehouse product to ensure proper quality standards by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound product inspection to vendor and customer provided specifications
• Handling and processing of customer and product returns, and supporting other departments on related resolution and record-keeping
• Review and processing of customer orders that include special requirements
• Processing of vendor returns
• Management of scrap
• Support of onsite ISO/AS internal and external audit activities
• Extensive hardware and fastener knowledge strongly preferred

Requirements

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee)
• Must be able to report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays
• Basic personal-computer skills are desired
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
