WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS PROJECT MANAGER
About the role
Warehouse Products Project Managers function as part of the Parts and Service Sales Team and are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse products installation and maintenance projects within a given territory. In this role, you will support sales by assisting with sales personnel on promotion and selling the product line/services to include training for information needed in developing quotes. Plan and coordinate projects through determining project needs, timelines, resources, and meeting with customer representatives/contractors to ensure appropriate specs, ordering product, and advising team on installation objectives. Manage customers by providing quotes and maintaining communication throughout the project as well as assisting with resolution of concerns or warranty matters.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales and account management and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Outstanding customer relations skills
- Accurate and efficient
- High School diploma or equivalent/College degree preferred
Skills
