Responsibilities

• Separate, sort, and process specific merchandise
• Supply merchandise to various departments throughout the day, keeping production flowing
• Determine what is saleable, what is recyclable, and what needs to be thrown away
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation for safety and efficient production
• Work safely
• Other duties as directed by their supervisor

Requirements

• Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations at the secondary school level
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Coordination between eyes and hands for classification and retrieval
• Ability to distinguish colors and sizes
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and other equipment within the warehouse

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

$17.85 to $18.49 per hour
