About the role

As the premium provider of drinking water and water treatment services, Hall’s Culligan continues to innovate and expand its business nationwide. Warehouse Representatives play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by managing inventory, bottling, portable exchange tank regeneration, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, store, and organize inventory.
  • Perform regular counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Monitor operation of the bottling or PE line and ensure quality control (where applicable).
  • Reconcile shipping load sheets.
  • Reconcile receiving packing slips.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Prioritize tasks and efficiently use time to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Keep tools and materials properly stored.
  • Follow established procedures for inventory management and storage.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

  • Forklift certified (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in production and mechanical ability is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operation.
  • Comfortable using basic math to accomplish everyday tasks.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible to changes in tasks, schedules, and procedures.
  • Physically capable of performing the duties required of this position.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age (for route trucks 21 years of age or older) and able to pass and maintain an acceptable driving record check.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening checks, as well as any ongoing screenings per company requirements.
