About the role
As the premium provider of drinking water and water treatment services, Hall’s Culligan continues to innovate and expand its business nationwide. Warehouse Representatives play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by managing inventory, bottling, portable exchange tank regeneration, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and organize inventory.
- Perform regular counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor operation of the bottling or PE line and ensure quality control (where applicable).
- Reconcile shipping load sheets.
- Reconcile receiving packing slips.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Prioritize tasks and efficiently use time to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Keep tools and materials properly stored.
- Follow established procedures for inventory management and storage.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and according to guidelines.
Requirements
- Forklift certified (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in production and mechanical ability is highly preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operation.
- Comfortable using basic math to accomplish everyday tasks.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Flexible to changes in tasks, schedules, and procedures.
- Physically capable of performing the duties required of this position.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age (for route trucks 21 years of age or older) and able to pass and maintain an acceptable driving record check.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening checks, as well as any ongoing screenings per company requirements.
