Production/ Warehouse Worker

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Production/Warehouse Workers in Maumee, OH for a chemical company in the household cleaning products industry.

About the role

As a Production Worker, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, involved in all aspects of operations. The position requires manual labor, use of tools and machinery, heavy lifting, and standing for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce goods and materials.
• Follow instructions and adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
• Work with the entire production team to assist with manufacturing products from beginning to end.
• Ensure all completed products are packaged and materials are correct according to product specifications.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience or a willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Schedule

• Training on 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Must switch shifts after training:
  • 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM
  • 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM
• Overtime is available, but never mandatory.

Pay

$16.50/hour for temp-to-hire employees.
