Production Warehouse Worker

About the role

The Production Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of tasks that ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with a high level of quality. Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor. Job Summary: The Production Warehouse Worker’s essential responsibilities will be around order selection, equipment operation, and general material handling within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position works well on a team and has a positive attitude. They are also mindful of safety in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Ensure production requirements and quality standards are consistently met.
• Verify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.
• Report quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
• Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages in compliance with standards.
