Warehouse Production Manager

The Warehouse Production Manager will have the opportunity to lead and develop a functional group fo associates as part of the overall Operations team. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence, this Manager will lead by example and provide the necessary guidance/tools to enable daily execution of processes and procedures. This position will be responsible for a team of 10-20 warehouse associates. Schedule Monday - Friday: 12PM - 9PM Typical Duties Leads a team of associates in a fast-paced, time-bound daily operationEnsures warehouse production workflow and tasks are organized and assignedTakes a proactive approach to process improvement to increase efficiency and profitabilityEnsure all final activities are complete for the next day's delivery including loading trucks, invoicing, closing trucks and dispatchedMaintains and maximizes staffing on a daily basis within budget parametersOversee proper treatment of damaged and out-of-date product based on standardsMaintains a working relationship with all other departments and effectively communicating opportunities for improvementInstills proper handling of the warehouse and all warehouse equipment with a focus on cleanliness and preventative maintenanceConforms to all OSHA standardsMaintains certification to operate material handling equipment and ensures that all associates adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines with the ability to coach, counsel and discipline as necessary Qualifications Skills & Qualifications Ability to frequently lift and carry products weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for 8+ hours per shiftAbiliry ro work flexible hours as business needs dictateAbility to operate or learn to operate various types of powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentHigh School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred)Leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environmentExperience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operational settingExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Beverage distribution, manufacturing, or consumer products experience preferredStrong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
