Responsibilities
- Process and categorize home appliance products returned to regional warehouses.
- Inspect appliances to determine if they should be categorized as A-Stock, B-Stock, or scrap, using AMISCO for inventory control.
- Utilize SPICE to record work performed for documentation purposes.
- Identify correct repack materials and use a heat shrink tool to properly repack appliances.
- Repack items according to factory condition as needed and label items for reshipment or repair.
- Ensure accuracy of the returns process by diligently following processes and reporting work status daily.
- Wear proper PPE, attend safety meetings, and abide by safety company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by abiding by housekeeping expectations on a daily basis.
Requirements
- High-School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 0-2 Years of Experience in a Warehouse Environment
- One Year Experience in a Busy Warehouse Environment
- Technical Appliance Background (a plus)
- Strong Attention to Details and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication, Verbal, and Writing Skills
- Functional Basic Math Skills
- Lifting of More Than 50 Pounds (or Seek Assistance as Necessary)
- Ability to Explain Issues in an Understandable and Logical Manner
- Ability to Make Sound Fact-Based Decisions in the Company’s Best Interest
Qualifications

Pay & Schedule
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, the maximum payout potential is 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH. Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions. 40 hours of paid sick leave (Non-Production Line) and 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
