About the role

Join the Valpak Manufacturing Center as a Warehouse Automation Technician, where you'll help keep millions of printed advertising products moving safely and efficiently through the automated warehouse and distribution systems. This hands‑on manufacturing position involves monitoring automated material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory, responding to equipment alerts, troubleshooting routine issues, and ensuring products move efficiently from production through shipping. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated warehouse and material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate or learn to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
• Monitor conveyors, robotic palletizers, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), print roll buffer systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).
• Respond to equipment alarms and perform routine machine resets and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and communicate more complex concerns to Senior Process Technicians.
• Count, verify, and move production materials throughout the facility.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation using SAP.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
