Warehouse Process Engineer
About the role
This person is responsible for our warehousing and operational processes. It is an exciting opportunity to utilize your manufacturing and project management skills in a Lean, just-in-time environment with a 100% Associate-owned, global company.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment with a focus on improving processes and equipment
- A passion for seeking and delivering process improvements
- Outstanding collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working in teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Prior experience with Bill of Materials
- Preferred: Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP / WMS experience
- Experience with the integration of Autonomous Mobile Robots
- Experience facilitating Kaizens
- Database management tool experience with the ability to write queries including PowerBI
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
- Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis Software, Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Structured Problem Solving
