Warehouse Planner-Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains oversight of warehouse order flow within SAP and communicates with leadership as needed
• Releases all deliveries while effectively communicating with the leadership team as needed
• Engages in constant email and telephone communication with customer service to supply internal/external customers with immediate contact to the warehouses, enhancing response time and meeting customer expectations
• Communicates with the carrier network on a constant basis
• Maintains a daily/hourly review of key transactions within SAP and communicates any issues to supervisor/manager
• Prepares documents in accordance with applicable policy and procedures
• Frequent activity within warehouse operations, including product validation (QC), paperwork verification, and lifting of product when applicable
• Keeps work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or comparable experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management practices in a distribution environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WH systems proficiency
• Physical inventory control including cycle counting and physical inventories
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office products
