Warehouse Picker/Packer - Flexible Shifts

About the Role

You will be a vital part of the delivery station team, responsible for preparing packages for delivery by receiving, sorting, and staging orders. Your tasks include operating technology devices, building and transporting pallets, and handling truck deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare packages for dispatch
• Use smartphones and handheld devices to scan, sort, and organize orders
• Build, wrap, and move pallets and packages
• Assist in receiving truck deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Follow instructions in English
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Operate carts, dollies, and other moving gear
• Work in varying temperatures and environments with moving vehicles

Work Conditions

• Work safely in a climate-controlled environment, with protective gear provided
• Operate moving equipment and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs
• Flexible schedules including early mornings and overnights, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours
• Potential for overtime based on customer demand
• Work in a noisy, temperature-variable environment, with safety measures in place
• Dress comfortably with closed-toe shoes; safety footwear may be required
