About the role
Join a dynamic team at a delivery station, responsible for preparing packages for delivery. Your tasks include receiving shipments, building and sorting pallets, scanning and packing items using technology, and staging deliveries for drivers.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare packages for dispatch
- Operate handheld devices to sort, scan, and organize orders
- Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages
- Receive truck deliveries of customer packages
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older and able to understand instructions in English
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Use of carts, dollies, and safety gear required
- Comfort working in varying temperatures and environments with moving equipment
