Pay
- Hourly compensation: $17.00/hour
- Weekly performance‑based bonus

Schedule
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Week 2 onward: Monday – Wednesday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm; Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; Friday, 7:00 am – 9:00 am
- Full‑time, on‑site at the warehouse
- Reports to the Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
- Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team
- Manage inventory, including counting product and correcting discrepancies
- Use technology and learn WMS systems via mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Cross‑train across distribution departments; option to specialize in a specific area
- Other duties as assigned based on operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with computers preferred
- Picking/packing experience in a warehouse preferred
