Warehouse Picker/Packer
About the role
All America Threaded Products is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer to work on-site at our facility in Lancaster. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay
$18 - $19 per hour, with potential bonus incentives of $200-$500 per month.
Schedule
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Locate, collect, package, and prepare metal threaded components for shipment
- Package products according to a shipping manifest
- Organize products and stock them in correct locations
- Correctly assemble orders
- Load and unload freight shipments
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Willingness to spend most of the day on your feet
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
