Warehouse Pharmacy Clerk
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, safely handling inventory, and assisting with packing and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by performing routine cleaning, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring aisles and storage locations are free of debris or hazards.
- Safely climb ladders, step stools, or use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to retrieve, stock, or move pharmaceutical inventory and supplies.
- Organize inventory systematically to support efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and proper product rotation.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when receiving, labeling, storing, and picking pharmaceutical products to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assists with packing and driving/delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
- Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
- Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
- Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
- Passes annual eye exam.

Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines. No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive. Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Education and Professional Knowledge
- A high school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
Experience
cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines. Normal supervision given and received. May require some limited judgement in resolving problems. Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

8:30am-5pm M-F, occasional weekends

$18.54 - $22.58
