Warehouse Personnel (Night Picker)

Job Summary

A motivated and reliable individual is needed for a temporary position with the potential to convert into a full-time, long-term opportunity. The initial role is a temporary assignment for the first 90 days, offering the chance to demonstrate skills and contribute to the team. Successful completion leads to consideration for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Use an electric pallet jack, or fork truck, plus a voice pick system to build package and keg pallets for retailers.
• Pick brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra, and more.
• Ensure correct product is picked and loaded onto the right truck.
• Maintain a clean warehouse space.
• Rework damaged product.
• Load trucks, spot trailers, verify pallets, maintain accurate inventory, and more.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)
• At least 18 years old
• Valid Drivers License and safe driving record
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°F - Temperature outside)
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)
• Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred
• Previous distribution/warehouse experience, preferred
