Job Summary

The Warehouse Picker role involves building package and keg pallets for retailers using an electric pallet jack or fork truck, a scan to pick system, and voice pick headsets. Responsibilities include ensuring correct product selection, adhering to Anheuser-Busch standards, maintaining cleanliness, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsets
  • Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators
  • Ensure load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards. Quality is everything to us
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
  • Wrap orders before loading on trucks
  • Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Drivers License and safe driving record
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
  • Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°F - Temperature outside)
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • To obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio
  • Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred
  • Previous distribution/warehouse experience, preferred
