Warehouse Personnel Manager
About the role
Harrington Bottling Company (HC) is seeking a Warehouse Personnel Manager to join their Bozeman team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse management, workforce planning, employee relations, logistics operations, staffing, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse associates and support staff
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- Schedule and coordinate employee shifts
- Manage labor utilization and performance
- Support operational goals that drive business success
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, logistics teams, and leadership
- Maintain workforce metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with safety leadership to promote compliance with OSHA regulations and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of warehouse supervision, warehouse leadership, or personnel management experience
- Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in beverage distribution, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
