Warehouse Person

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders
• Manage stocks/inventory
• Receive and inspect remanufactured parts
• Accept and process any parts returns
• Manage shipping and receiving, including planning of routes of shipment
• Advise customers on products, updates, policies, procedures, and programs as necessary
• Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)
• Maintain a clean working area as per MacAllister CAT policies

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of High School Diploma
• Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization
• Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to navigate stock management software
