Warehouse Parts Professional

Purpose

Performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Place machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner.
• Assist the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory.
• Verify receiving and receipting‑in of parts shipments.
• Monitor shortages and expedite processing through reporting to the Parts Manager.
• Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Supply service technicians with parts as required.

Experience

Basic data entry/keyboarding skills.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift license preferred.
