Warehouse Package Handler - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Package Handler to join a warehouse team, responsible for sorting, organizing, and storing packages within a non-climate-controlled environment. The role involves retrieving racks, pre-sorting packages, using hand-held scanners, and maintaining organized workspaces to ensure efficient inventory management. Flexibility within all distribution functions and adherence to safety and compliance standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sorting packages, scanning and placing them in designated areas
• Organizing racks
• Ensuring a clean work environment
• Supporting team operations
• Additional duties may involve special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Comfortable working in open-air warehouse and varying temperatures
• Proficient with computers and typing
• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds, stand, and bend for long periods
• Successful completion of assessments, drug, and background checks
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

Pay

Hourly wage of $19.00, with performance-based bonuses averaging $100-$200 weekly.
