Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain warehouse employee productivity reports.
- Distribute work assignments per manager’s direction.
- Unload discrepancy report experience preferred.
Essential Functions
- Analyze, print, and distribute production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, and/or requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Communicate issues and action taken / needed with Warehouse Supervisor daily.
- Respond timely to requests for data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
- Research inventory issues conveyed through company hotline, and compile error information spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers in regard to orders processed.
- Interact with all levels of workforce, including management.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous clerical experience and (1) one-year experience in a warehouse environment required.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred.
- Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills.
- Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to carry 20 pounds, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, bend, and walk.
- May need to drive between stores as per assignment.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to both a typical office/store environment and all outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environments is low to high.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time Pay Range: $21.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr.
- Shift Days: SU-TH, Shift Time: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
