Warehouse Order Selector (Full-Time)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Selector, you will pick, gather, and organize products to prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Utilize order sheets or audio headsets to select items
• Stack products on pallets, apply labels, and prepare for loading
• Operate equipment such as double walkie-riders or electric pallet jacks
• Perform equipment inspections and report discrepancies
• Handle products safely, including lifting up to 60 lbs. and working on multiple levels
• Adhere to safety procedures and proper handling techniques
• Pick and organize products in a dry grocery environment (50°-90°)
• Maintain safety and accuracy during order fulfillment
• Work actively in a fast-paced warehouse setting, contributing to community support through feeding local families

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk up to 90% of shift, covering 6-12 miles daily
• Comfort with handling sharp objects and operating material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
