Warehouse Order Selector (Full-Time)

About the role

Seeking a Warehouse Selector dedicated to helping feed communities by accurately picking, organizing, and preparing product orders for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Use order sheets or audio headsets to select various items accurately.
• Stack products on pallets, ensuring proper wrapping and safety standards.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and perform safety inspections.
• Follow safety protocols, handle sharp tools safely, and report discrepancies.
• Perform frequent lifting of weights from 1 to 60+ lbs, and stand, walk, bend, and lift for up to 90% of shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products safely, and work in a physically active environment.

Pay

• Starting pay of $22/hour, with raises to $24/hour plus incentives after training.

Schedule

• Work a 4-night, 10-hour shift with potential overtime and extra days.

Work environment includes grocery storage at 50°–90°.
