Warehouse Order Selector / Cherry Picker - Kent WA

About the role

Join our team in the Kent Division, where you will play a key role in supporting our customers by accurately fulfilling warehouse orders, maintaining an organized work environment, and contributing to a culture of safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
• Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
• Absorb updates to orders, product substitutions, and communicate with sales staff when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.
• Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.
• Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team.
  • Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.
  • Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.
  • Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

We provide a stable and consistent Monday–Friday schedule 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. with the possibility of overtime.
