Warehouse Picker Order Selector
About the Role
Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using a voice‑audio headset. Hand‑stack cases of product weighing up to 50 lb repeatedly from floor to overhead. Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet. Hand shrink‑wrap orders with label and move completed orders to the loading dock area using an electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment. May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Operate electronic pallet jack, walkie‑rider, voice‑audio headset, and shrink‑wrap equipment.
- Hand‑stack cases up to 50 lb from floor to overhead.
- Pick and place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto pallets.
- Shrink‑wrap completed orders and transport them to the loading dock.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb throughout the shift, from floor to overhead.
- Ability to work while using a headset and voice‑activated order selector picking system.
- Ability to hand shrink‑wrap pallets of completed orders.
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (hot or cool).
Schedule
Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Pay
Starting at $21.17 per hour, increasing to $22.28 per hour after the first six‑month anniversary.
