Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, AL. This position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor with the performance of the warehouse order processing team. The role may also involve pulling and checking orders to ensure timely completion, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and adjusting to varying work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor in managing the warehouse order processing team.
• Pull and check orders to meet time constraints.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and safe.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare, communicate, and expedite branch product replenishment paperwork, receiving, and shipments.
• Compile and complete change processes as part of the branch system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chadwell Distribution Center and Chadwell Supply branch warehouse personnel.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate product inventory, selection, checking, receiving, and document preparation.
• Supervise and assist with product selection, packaging, and palletizing to enhance order pulling and shipment efficiency and accuracy.
• Audit and track inventory, receiving, and shipment records in the Chadwell Supply computer system.
• Collaborate with management on necessary inventory, receiving, and shipment process adjustments.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Physical condition suitable for lifting up to 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps, ladders, bending, stooping, carrying products up steps, stairs, and ramps.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience and 4 or more years of management experience.

Pay

$24.50 per hour based on experience.
