What You'll Be Working On
- Supervision & Leadership
- Supervises, coaches, and develops warehouse staff across assigned locations.
- Fosters a culture of safety, accountability to ensure consistent adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Conducts regular team meetings, performance reviews, and operational audits.
- Delivers hands-on guidance and training in inventory system and warehouse workflows.
- Inventory & Material Handling
- Manages end-to-end material flow from request to check-out, including Purchase Requisition and Picklist processes.
- Ensures accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials per SOPs.
- Captures inventory transfers and replenishment between warehouse sites.
- Reviews and approves material requests and adjustments entered by warehouse staff.
- Coordinates inventory transfers and replenishment between warehouse sites.
- Supports ERP and inventory system integrations, including data validation.
- Inventory Systems & Reporting
- Oversees all inventory system functions including Purchase Requisition creation, material issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Performs periodic inventory reconciliations and audits across all sites and resolve discrepancies.
- Generates and analyzes inventory and transaction reports to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- PARTNERS WITH OTHER TEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY REQUISITIONS AND INVOICE PROCESSING.
- RECOMMENDS AND IMPLEMENTS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS TO ENHANCE WAREHOUSE EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY.
- High School Diploma; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent related experience)
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- 5 years in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
- Regular driver’s license
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete certification
- Proficiency with enterprise inventory systems required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within service areas
