Warehouse Order Picker - $19.50/hr | 4-Day Workweek

About the role

E.A. Sween is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers in Lewisville, TX for a full-time position with a daytime schedule and three days off each week. This is an active, fast-paced role where you will pick and prepare fresh food products for delivery to 7-Eleven stores.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Place products correctly in totes
• Verify products, pricing, and date codes
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy levels
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow food safety and temperature-control requirements
• Complete required safety and job training
• Work effectively with teammates to keep orders moving

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No warehouse experience required
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet productivity expectations
• Frequent lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent pushing/pulling up to 250 lbs.
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
• Working in refrigerated and dry areas ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°F

Schedule

Fixed 4-day workweek

Start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on schedule
