Responsibilities
- Picking orders
- Using an RF scanner
- Shipping completed orders
- Checking the order for quality before shipment
- Performing the daily maintenance of orders
Qualifications
- The ability to read and write small letters and numbers
- The ability to make arithmetic calculations
- The ability to understand written and oral instructions including using a computer to look up items and make changes in the system
- The ability to concentrate and to communicate with management and co-workers
- The ability to lift fifty (50) pounds floor to waist, waist to waist and shoulder to waist
- The ability to push or pull up to 40 pounds
- The ability to walk and stand on concrete floors for long periods of time
- The ability to do occasional neck flexions, extensions and twisting while sitting, standing or squatting
- The ability to frequently bend and twist the back
- The ability to finely manipulate and grip objects
- The ability to squat and reach overhead to gain access to higher and lower shelves
- Forklift preferred
Additional Information
The hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday
The pay rate is $18 per hour
