Warehouse Operator C

About the Role

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator C to carry out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist mixer and dryer operators with quality checks
• Receive in and unload raw materials
• Process raw materials to meet daily targets
• Conduct cycle counts
• Obtain a forklift license
• Load, unload, and drive the tram
• Complete paperwork for loading/unloading trucks
• Safely operate a lift
• Stack 2 high safely and effectively
• Maintain 5S standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift experience in a warehouse/distribution facility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work demands
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Commitment to safety as a high priority
• Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy, quality, and problem-solving
• Strong time management and efficiency to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Positive, open-minded attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Standing/walking for extended periods of time
• Repetitive movements, frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to work overtime and occasionally on weekends with short notice
• Casual manufacturing/distribution environment with concrete floors and moving equipment
