Warehouse Operator (Bedford, MA)
About the role
The Warehouse Operator executes inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse processes to ensure the highest levels of quality, compliance, and patient safety within distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute inbound goods receipt activities, ensuring compliance with customs/import processes, quality inspections, environmental controls, and regulatory standards while accurately updating transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Manage storage operations including stock counts, stock verification, movements, corrections, and value-added services, maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with bonded storage, special storage requirements, finance controls, and environmental standards.
- Perform outbound picking, packing, labeling, and shipping activities, ensuring export compliance, customer-specific requirements, and quality inspections are met while updating all transactions in WMS or ERP systems.
- Conduct daily system interface checks between SAP, Transportation Management Systems, and WMS platforms to ensure data accuracy and inventory alignment, while documenting maintenance activities and supporting audit readiness.
- Support operational excellence by assisting with preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs, coordinating dock scheduling, contributing to quality control spot-checks, participating in automation or system upgrades, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations (individual contributor role), including documentation handling and inventory processing in a regulated environment.
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), inventory transactions, stock verification, shipping and receiving processes, quality inspection support, and basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment.
- Experience supporting automation systems or preventive maintenance activities is considered a plus.
- A High School Diploma or Vocational Education in Warehousing, Logistics, or a related field.

Pay
The pay range for this position in MA is $21.40 to $34.25 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
