Responsibilities
- Update and maintain warehouse location system
- Aid in cycle counting and physical inventory
- Prepare export documentation as required
- Maintain shipping supplies inventory
- Arrange shipping/transport
- Accept/reject vendor inventory transactions
- Build relationships with the workshop team and customers
- Participate in customer on-call service
- Expedite urgent orders
- Identify and report unsafe work habits, incidents, and near misses
- Comply with safety policies and regulations
- Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities
- Audit goods received into warehouse
- Control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
- Ensure effective operating procedures, space utilization, and facility maintenance
- Operate forklifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months related warehouse experience
- Ability to operate forklift
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills (for receiving orders and locating parts)
- Functions independently without assistance or direction
