Warehouse Operator

About the role

Supports warehouse flow using established processes and, where trained and authorized, material-handling equipment. Physical workplace with regular in-person communication. This is an on-site position performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage materials
• Pick, pack, or transfer inventory
• Complete routine scans, counts, or documentation
• Operate approved equipment only when properly trained and authorized

Requirements

A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
