Warehouse Operator

Pay rate: $16.25/hr. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. 2nd shift. 12-month contract, 40 hours/week.

Job Summary

Warehouse Associate responsible for stacking boxes, operating a pallet jack, and counting selected cases within a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Uses a variety of equipment (forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks) to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the facility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Stack boxes and operate a pallet jack
• Count cases that are selected
• Use RF scanner for order/inventory tracking
• Maintain records as needed
• Complete routine tasks within prescribed steps and clearly defined SOPs
• Adhere to quality guidelines

Experience

• 0–1 year of warehouse experience or related experience/training

Key Skills

• RF scanner operation
• Computer literacy
• Basic math calculations
• Effective communication skills
• General material handling and logistics knowledge

Eligibility & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English
• Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical demands: walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and repetitive hand/wrist motion
• Ability to obtain/maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as needed
