About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment processes and manage inventory using WMS and RF scanners.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Adapt quickly to on-site operational processes and SOPs in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Strong learning ability to quickly master WMS, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a high-intensity work environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in handling materials safely in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$21–$22 per hour.
