Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations and act as a floor leader-in-training. This role performs hands-on warehouse work while helping guide associates, maintain workflow accuracy, and support safety and productivity standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on-site operational processes
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies
• Bilingual Mandarin Preferred

What You’ll Do:

Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Experience using RF Scanner
Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
