Warehouse Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments
• Prepare and dispatch outbound orders accurately and on time
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and optimize storage space
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and company policies
• Use Excel and Acumatica ERP to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP for inventory and order management (training available)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift and move goods as required
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Reliable, organized, and safety-minded
• Strong communication skills for coordination with the head office
• Successful completion of a background check
