Warehouse Operator
The Job Guardian Glass is seeking a Warehouse Operator with a passion for safety to join our team in Richburg, SC. Warehouse Operators are responsible for handling, organizing, and processing goods, managing inventory, operating equipment like forklifts, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
About the Role
- Must maintain a safe work environment by consistently wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), performing safe work behaviors, and reporting any safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Understand and execute tasks according to given work instructions or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follow 5S procedures and perform general housekeeping duties.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and twist at the waist level while lifting up to 35 pounds repetitively.
- Operate forklifts and other mechanized devices, running, maneuvering, and navigating them.
- Judge the quality of products and adjust accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and internal customers.
- Prepare final products for shipping and distribution.

Qualifications
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory control.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
What Will Put You Ahead
- One (1) or more years of experience working in a farming, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
- One (1) or more years of experience in machine operator roles.
- Experience using a tape measure, air nailer, hammer, bander, and glass cutters.
- Experience operating an overhead crane.
- Experience operating a fork truck and/or motorized pallet jack.
